1. How soon will I receive my order?
Orders placed before 5:00 PM on weekdays are generally shipped the same day. Delivery time is approximately 1-3 business days, depending on your location.
2. Which cargo companies do you work with?
We ship with Aras Cargo, Yurtiçi Cargo, and MNG Cargo. The system automatically selects the appropriate shipping company for your order.
3. Can I return or exchange the products?
Yes. You can return or exchange the product within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. For details, please see our [Return & Exchange Policy] page.
4. Are your products guaranteed?
Yes. All of our products are under warranty by the manufacturer or distributor. We recommend that you keep the warranty document that comes with your invoice.
5. What are your payment methods?
We offer credit card, wire transfer/EFT, and cash on delivery options. Installment options are also available.
6. Can I change the address after placing an order?
If the shipment has not been dispatched, you can request a change of address by contacting our contact line.
7. Can I make a corporate purchase?
